Fox and Fierce deliver around the world! All orders will be dispatched within 2 business days after the purchase is complete. We carefully inspect each piece to make sure it is in perfect condition before shipping.
Free Express Post within Australia for orders over $99 is the name of the game at Fox & Fierce!
For any other orders within Australia there is a flat shipping fee of $11 for Express Post.
Orders are shipped via Express Post (excluding weekends and public holidays) to the shipping address provided at checkout. If safe, Australia Post will leave the parcel in a safe/secure place otherwise it will be redirected to your local Post Office for collection. If you wish to sign for your parcel please leave a comment in the ‘notes’ section at checkout. Once your order has been shipped an email containing the tracking information will be emailed to you. Please visit https://auspost.com.au/ to track your order. We do not take any responsibility for lost or damaged parcels.
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours, with the exception of sale periods, where this may take up to 48 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only.

Fox & Fierce cannot take responsibility for any customs or import fees that may occur once the parcel reaches its destination country. These fees vary widely from country to country, therefore, we recommend contacting your local customs office prior to making any online purchase.
Australia Post provides us with an estimated delivery timeframe, therefore, any delays in transit do not constitute for a refund and the timeframes advised are a guide only. We are not responsible for any additional charges the delivery carrier may charge. If you wish to return or exchange an item a store credit will be issued less the shipping cost for you to make another purchase. For an international express service please contact us.

GST & TAXES
All purchases delivered within Australia incur the standard government Goods and Service Tax (GST). All items on our website are in Australian Dollars. All prices listed on the website include GST. For international orders, the prices listed do not include any overseas duties, customs or import charges which may apply depending on the landing country. Any additional international charges will be at the expense of the recipient and will not be covered by Fox & Fierce. The customer may incur these charges at any time up to 24 months after the goods are purchased.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
At Fox & Fierce, we have a strict no-returns or exchange policy on any earrings unless the item is faulty. This policy gives peace of mind to you as our customer and is in the interest of hygiene for all F&F customers.
In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law we will offer a refund or replacement when an item is faulty or demonstrating a major problem and is unable to be repaired. Fox & Fierce reserves the right to offer to repair an item wherever possible before a refund or replacement is put forward.
If you have received a faulty item, please inform F&F via email (email@example.com) within 2 days upon receiving the order if your jewellery is damaged due to delivery handling. Notification after this period will not be accepted.
Proof of purchase and fault must be provided. Faults will not be accepted if the items have been worn.
Once approved you will be emailed the return details including a Return Authorisation number (RA#) Returns will not be accepted without an Return Authorisation number. Returns must be sent back within 7 days for Australian customers and 14 days for international customers. Items must be in their original condition and unworn.
Fox & Fierce reserve the right to reject a return if we deem it is not in its original condition. If a return is rejected you will be notified via email and required to pay a $10 return postage cost.
